Pain Point/Need:

Dust emission was visible at stack during process transition period and ESP was inapplicable.

Action:

EPS implement largest bag filter with max. capacity of 1,900,000 m3/h using 10 m length of glass fiber with PTFE membrane filter bag. The scope of this work included engineering, fabrication, pre-assembly, and installation.

Result:

Dust emission at stack after the conversion can reach < 10 mg/Nm3 with lowest dust concentration of 0.9 mg/Nm3. The installation has its best record of 30 days. Moreover, by using local steel fabrication, we can reduce the cost within controllable budget.

Roller press's surface wear every year and it need to be repaired.

Action:

EPS resurfaced roller press by using hard facing method to protect and strenghten the surface.

Result:

Bring roller press service life back to standard with the acceptable surface condition.

Pain Point/Need:

Productivity of cement plant have been underperformed, which come from many factors such as low machine reliability, production rate lower than designed, defected finish product.

Action:

EPS have contributed full assessment in terms of process, quality and machine condition, to find root cause of problem and find room of improvement. To solve problems, we supervised operation process at site, helped client to set up standard working process, set maintenance planning system, tuned operating parameters control system, and controlled production quality. And for sustainability of the plant, customer staff were trained by our experienced expert team.

Result:

Client can improve Kiln Productivity, reduce defected product, reduce machine downtime, Client’s staff also increase knowledge, skill, which effect directly to business profit.
